Heavenly Father,
In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare that I am breaking free from the life of constant pressure, stress, and anxiety.
Lord, You have called me to live in peace and not under the weight of continual worry or struggle.
I release every burden that has weighed me down, and I ask for Your strength and peace to fill my heart and mind.
I choose to trust You with every situation and believe that You are working all things together for my good.
Thank You, Lord, for delivering me from a life of constant pressure and leading me into a life of peace, rest, and divine favor.
