Setbacks can leave us feeling defeated and uncertain, but they also offer opportunities to grow stronger in faith and character.
God’s Word in 2 Corinthians 12:9 reminds us that His grace is sufficient for us, and His power is made perfect in our weakness. Think of Peter, who overcame the setback of denying Jesus to become a cornerstone of the early church.
This Nightly Prayer for Building Resilience After Setbacks is a reminder that God’s grace equips us to rise again, stronger and more resilient, no matter how hard the fall.
“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
